Solution
Kirkee successfully completed a unique and challenging project involving the removal, cleaning, and replacement of 65,000 balls, each weighing 0.6 kg, from a massive 7-metre-high and 3-metre-diameter eutectic tank.
The project required a high degree of precision and careful planning due to the confined space nature of the tank. Our team of experienced professionals utilised specialised equipment and techniques to safely remove the balls, which were then meticulously cleaned by hand to ensure optimal performance.
Once the cleaning process was complete, the balls were carefully placed back into the tank, requiring careful consideration of the tank's internal structure. The project also involved significant work to repair and reinforce the existing steel framework within the tank to accommodate the weight and density of the balls.
This was an extraordinary undertaking, showcasing Kirkee 's expertise in handling complex and challenging projects. We are proud to have successfully completed this one-of-a-kind task, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.
